Worldwide E.T. Contact Meditation On January 5, 2019

According to Kosta Makreas, the founder of etletstalk.com, "The People's Disclosure Movement" continues to grow as the group announces this month's "Global CE-5 Initiative" ET Contact event for January 5, 2019.

If you're interested in participating, it is important to know that this is a FREE global 'virtual' event which takes place wherever you are around the world! Benevolent Contact With a Grey Zeta Extraterrestrial

Several years ago, I became consciously aware of clairvoyant, benevolent contact with extraterrestrials from different star nations including the Zetas. Just wanted to create a quick blog post sharing something sweet that I experienced earlier this week.

For what seems like awhile now, I wake up startled from time to time because I hear a sound in my head (telepathy) as if someone or something I can't see is with me. How do I know? Well, because it sounds like he (feels like a male energy) is exhaling forcefully.  Sometimes, I hear it as I am falling asleep and am either creeped out or comforted by the sound. Usually, I try to ignore what I am hearing because I am sleepy, lol.

But lately, I've wanted to know who or what and why they are doing that. Maybe it is not an exhale at all. Could it be some kind of tone? Hmmmm... not sure. I've asked prior to meditating if I could be shown who or what is making that sound. One time I saw a long grey finger which looked like the finger of a Zeta and other times I've been shown the face of a Zeta which quickly faded.

Recently, I was shown two small Zetas wearing their black visors over their eyes to protect them from the light. I thought they were really cute. Why? Well, they seemed to be playful and friendly. It  appeared they were peeking out from behind a tree and were posing identically with a slight smile. It felt as if they were greeting me, saying, "Here we are!"Contrary to popular belief, their eyes are not black. Earlier this week right before meditating, I sent a telepathic message  to the Universe, stating I felt it was a Zeta being or Zeta person (they say they are people like us, but different) that is making that telepathic sound and wanted to know if it was a positive zeta extraterrestrial who's intentions were of love and light. During meditation, I received my answer. Via my 3rd eye or 6th chakra, I saw myself looking at a Zeta and the look was one of sheer delight as if I hadn't seen this person (a.k.a. alien or extraterrestrial being) in a long while because he was a good friend. I put both  my hands around his face or on each cheek and touched the top of his head with my left hand. We were both so happy! Then the sweetest thing happened. He then put his hands over my face just the way I had mine on his earlier in the vision.👽. I could feel so much love emanating from his heart chakra. Amazing!

It may seem strange, but in my vision it felt completely natural to be joyfully interacting with this being. He felt so kind so I wasn't fearful or nervous at all. Also, another misconception about the zetas is that they do not have genitalia, because they do! Although, I wouldn't know personally, lol. But I have done research online and have read books that share this information.

I would like to share a YouTube video link by a man named Kevin Estrella who gave a wonderful presentation about his sometimes humorous and benevolent contact with Zeta extraterrestrials from Zeta Reticuli II who are called, the P'nti (Pawntee). The P'nti say their home planet is the 5th world orbiting the further of the two stars of the binary system we call Zeta Reticuli. They call their planet P'ntl (Pawntell. In the video, he also talks about all the intentional misleading and erroneous information that is put out by the media and also by religions regarding these beings. He also states that the "supposedly" Zeta/grey beings that are abducting Earth humans against their will, are really aliens that are grown in laboratories right here on this planet used in MILAB military controlled abductions. This is done to create fear and demonize the benevolent and true extraterrestrial beings that are here on Earth helping to raise our consciousness and preparing us to ascend to 5D earth.

The true Zeta's are benevolent, do not contact humans without their permission, and have a strict protocol:

1. Cause no fear.

2. Do no harm.

3.Leave no trace.

Kevin Estrella also touches upon how different star nations have been visiting Earth for millenia, overseeing humanity's spirituality and consciousness. I have read about this in several E.T. channeled books and also through Dolores Cannon's books based on her unique regression hypnosis therapy (QHHT) sessions with clients who gave their permission to appear in her books. The information gathered in these books really resonates with me so I tent to believe it. It is important that more and more people educate themselves about this so if we were to have ET First Contact, we will be better prepared and less afraid.

I also wanted to add that one of the main reasons why here in the U.S. many movies and documentaries are made that focus on negative alien beings that want to take over the world, is because the elite or those in charge, want to stay in control. Think about it, what happened if tomorrow, extraterrestrial beings decided to show up and allowed themselves to be seen by as many people on Earth as possible. Don't you think it will change our mindset about the meaning of life, especially if you are religious?? People may become disillusioned by the religion or God they believed in their entire lives! And what do you think will happen to our economy? It will probably go to shit! Who's going to care about buying a new car or spending a lot of money on the latest fashion when aliens have landed, lol. Priorities will change...

The image below in the video is of a P'nti Zeta. Although it is popularly believed that the Zetas have large completely black almond-shaped eyes, this isn't exactly true. In the book, "Inviting ET" written by Su Walker and Rev. White Otter, the P'nti shared with Su that their black eyes are really dark nicitating lenses that cover the white sclera portion of their eyes to filter out Earth's harsh ultraviolet light. Beneath their dark, retractable lenses, their eyes have large beautiful colored irises in hues of blue, grey, green amber and brown just like humans do.

Hope this information was helpful to you and eases some of the fears you may have.  I intend to continue sharing my benevolent E.T. contact experiences while at the same educating myself on this subject. How To Contact Benevolent Extraterrestrials

Hi there,

I haven't published any new blog posts in the last couple of years📄. But now that humanity has become more open-minded about the idea that we are not alone and that there could be intelligent life on other planets or maybe even living among us😮👽, I decided to start blogging again. Exciting times!

According to a new Glocalities Study, 1.3 billion people believe that 'alien civilizations' exist (not just microbes) and should be contacted! I'm sure as time goes by, this number will increase. To download  the Glocalities report, click here and please share.

Based on my personal experience, contact may happen in different ways. But before you attempt to make contact, you really have to work on being open-minded, & compassionate towards yourself and others. Tolerance is especially important towards other human beings, especially if they have a very different lifestyle from you. Why is this important? Well, think about it. If you cannot be tolerant of someone else's religion, beliefs, or lifestyle, then how can you expect to be open-minded about communicating with extraterrestrial, interdimensional beings  or intergalactic beings and why would they even agree to acknowledge you?

Generally, ET beings that are of christ consciousness or of the highest light and love, are in a much higher vibrational frequency than we are. It is painful and difficult for them to lower their vibration to ours due to the  heavy density of 3rd dimensional Earth. So this means that we have to work on increasing our vibration in order to meet 'them.' Some of the ways to achieve this is through meditation, receiving attunements and also learning at least one energy healing modality. Why? Well, in my personal experience these have increased my vibrational frequency. I am not saying that everyone who wishes to communicate with benevolent et's must do all of these, but it has helped me a lot on my personal journey.

The main way I have received contact is during meditation or while dreaming. This is the only way they have shown themselves to me. I don't recall ever seeing them in person. ET's have also communicated with me briefly, telepathically. Also, while meditating and requesting contact, I have felt an amazing heart chakra expansion and light touches as if saying, "We're here! We hear you! We're acknowledging your request for contact.👽 I also recommend cleansing and clearing your 7 main  chakras so you can receive their messages more easily. Many ET's communicate telepathically and is the reason why you would want to clear your chakras. Clearing your chakras from any debris or blockages raises your  frequency vibration, opening you up higher levels of thinking and receiving info that is important for you.

Contact can come through meditation, or through your psychic senses such as clairvoyance, clairaudience or clairsentience. These are the primary ways that I receive contact along with telepathic communication. To increase the possibility of experiencing this for yourself, you may want to hold a crystal in your hand or over your third eye such as blue apatite, moldavite or prehnite while in a meditative state. These stones are known to help us contact beings in the higher realms including extraterrestrial beings.

Extraterrestrial beings can also make contact with you when you are outdoors and while they are flying in their ships. They may acknowledge you by blinking their lights or flying in unusual formations letting you know they are not an airplane. I have never received contact this way, but other people have and is probably the most popular way as far as I know.

I also listen to meditations that have been channeled by starseeds or created by open-minded people. Some of my favorites are by Arcturus Ra Arcturian Om Chakra Clearing  and Arcturian Heart Meditation, & The Song of Lyra by Judy Satori. I have had success making benevolent contact with another meditation from Dr. Steven Greer . I bought his cd a few years ago, but the meditation is also on You Tube.

Some other meditations I enjoy listening to which have helped me make contact are channeled by Tom Kenyon. He has many different types of meditations but he also works with the Hathor Beings. These  interdimensional, intergalactic beings say they are connected to ancient Egypt through the Temples of the Goddess Hathor. You should also be aware that sometimes when people write negative things about ET's which may not be true, it could be because they have some kind of fearful agenda. However, just like there are good and bad people, there can also be positive and negative extraterrestials.

My Experience With E.D.I.N.A-Energy Medicine From the Stars!

Soon after making ET First Contact (clairvoyantly), I began  to notice interesting synchronicities. Or maybe it was my sincere desire to communicate that brought the synchronistic events into my consciousness. It is known that we do create our reality!

Soon after informing the star beings that is was my desire to work with them as long as they had humanity's best interest in mind, I had the sudden urge to look up books on Sirius. One book stood out, E.D.I.N.A.-Energy Medicine From the Stars!  by Lois Wetzel. There was something about the book that stood out. It felt like a soul calling or pull... My intuition was telling me, "This the ONE! This is the book you need to read!" I enjoy being able to preview a book online before purchasing & after reading a few pages, I ordered it in Kindle format. I love technology--most of the time!

I can hear you asking yourself, What is E.D.I.N.A. & how does it work? E.D.I.N.A. stands for Energy Dynamics For the Integration of Natural Attributes. It is an energy medicine that was brought to Lois Wetzel by 12 dimensional star beings from Sirius B. Their purpose in communicating with her was to bring to earth a new form of  energy  healing medicine. The blue star beings who contacted her call themselves, "The Ankenash, of the Healing Corps (pronounced core) Ashtar Command-Sirius B."

E.D.I.N.A. energy medicine helps us with the ascension process and can be used on animals. It works directly on our light body which then filters down into our physical body. This high vibrational energy medicine uses techniques that were lost after the high period of Atlantis. The good news is that bits and pieces of it have been in use all over the globe by different cultures. E.D.I.N.A. energy  healing brings all the pieces together to form a whole along with new techniques not seen on Earth! Speaking from my own experience, I love it!

The author instructs us how to become Basic E.D.I.N.A. initiates for free. The other option is to be initiated by her or a certified instructor for a fee. There are two advanced modules which can be taken online-payment is required.

On the same day, & I suspect on or around the same time I was being initiated by the author, I was awakened from sleep and had several visions.Through my 3rd eye I saw a purple book with the word E.D.I.N.A. Then clairaudiently I heard, "He is so sick." And I thought, "Oh, I can work on him, now (with permission of course). Then I had a vision of Lois Wetzel telling me to watch more of her YouTube videos, lol. I saw a UFO and the word, lipsium. (I think it is a word in another language. Maybe Latin?). I have no idea why I was shown that word or what it means... Google translate was of little help.

I have to say, that I really enjoy working with this wonderful energy medicine. I forgot to mention earlier that E.D.I.N.A. does NOT compete with any other type of healing energy you may be using or attuned to & can be used as an overlay with other healing modalities or by itself.  I usually place crystals on or around my body and use Reiki too while using this energy medicine. Other times, I simply use E.D.I.N.A.

My experience with E.D.I.N.A. has been fantastic! I have a strong feeling that I will have an out-of-body experience during one of my sessions. But I feel some resistance. I think fear is holding me back from childhood. In the past  I have had out-of-body experiences where I could not move my body and felt paralyzed. I've read that this occurs when our spirit bodies attempt to return back in to our  physical bodies but do not realign properly.  (possibly due to being startled).

Most of the time, when doing a session on myself, I feel very tingly-mainly in my crown chakra. I've felt a buzz in my fingers and feet, intense energy in my solar plexus moving clockwise. More and more, I will feel wavy sensations in my back (like I'm being massaged) I feel lots of energy in my crown chakra too. Recently, I felt a hand on my shoulder as if it wanted to comfort me.Other times, I will feel extremely cold while my body is vibrating along with a feeling of floating. Amazing! Lovin' it. Sometimes, while the Ankenash are working on me, I will actually view the word E.D.I.N.A., lol. During my sessions, I have also been shown what I believe could be sacred geometry and an unfamiliar language. At other times, I could swear I am being given instructions as I find myself nodding and answering. Then my left brain starts to kick-in saying, "Huh?" What are you talking about or who are you communicating with? Lol.

My third eye is opening more and more while I am being healed. I have many random visions such us seeing blue light beings, tools being used on me for healing, strangers in human form, E.T.'s, other colors, nature, cetaceans, golden palaces,  nature scenes, etc. I believe the Ankenash have communicated with me telepathically or clairaudiently too. The second time I used it on myself, I heard the words, "It is easy to connect with us again." That was so exciting!

I have asked these wonderful blue beings, why I was feeling certain symptoms in my physical body that were causing me discomfort & that I needed some relief. I felt so irritated... While they were working on me, I was told, "Forgiveness is needed." So I am assuming that my lack of forgiveness either to myself or to others or someone else is needed. Don't remember if they told me whom or what I needed to forgive.Psychic abilities such as clairvoyance are a lot like dreams in a sense that it is easy to forget, if you don't journal the messages right away.

I suffer from environmental allergies, and usually feel a lot better after an E.D.I.N.A. session. LOL, I can breathe!  I have felt intense feelings of love in my heart chakra area & felt wonderful.

Another time, while doing E.D.I.N.A.,  & having visions, I heard them say, "We never, not even when we're bored say things, like "He's so stupid. That would be disrespectful!" Uh-oh, was I being scolded for something? I have no idea why I heard that. Oops! Could that have been my guides?  I thought it was kind of funny. But at the same time I was kind of embarrassed, lol.

I did have some annoying side effects after being initiated into Basic, E.D.I.N.A. My stomach issues were not fun at all... I assume it was some kind of cleansing and was beneficial even though it didn't feel like it at the time. For whatever reason, I also did not feel the need to socialize much and didn't leave my house for several days. I simply didn't feel like it.

Recently I started using monatomic gold to enhance my meditations & concentration. My mind is usually all over the place... I first learned about using monatomic elements by reading the above book. It is recommended by the Ankenash to use these.

Since I started using E.D.I.N.A. I have become more & more curious about our star families and am now reading, Keepers of the Garden. It is about a man who was regressed back into time by Dolores Cannon (the author) only to find out this was the first time he had actually lived a life on Earth. (I enjoy reading her books and watching her videos as well)...All of his other incarnations were on alien worlds & in other dimensions. It's also led me to this wonderful site too. I'm not sure what's gotten into me, but I have been very curious about  the hybrid children program and have been watching YouTube videos to learn more about it. I am going to surf the web next in order to see if I can find any good books on alien hybrid children. Yep! I am open-minded. Life is more exciting this way, lol.

I've taken several classes and read a book about how to do Akashic Readings for myself and others. Recently, I went into the Akashics  and asked if I have any hybrid children myself. I was shocked! This has opened a whole other world for me. I will write a blog post about my experience in the future as I gather more information. I  am actively seeking direct communication with the children at this time. I wonder if the Ankenash have led me here. Maybe it was just the right time for me to know... Wow!

Short Message From Et's Directed At Me

On July 24th, 2014 I received my first deliberate contact with extraterrestrials. I couldn't remember the message that was given  clairvoyantly,  therefore I requested the next time we make contact, they explain their purpose in communicating with me. I requested when they show me words in my mind's eye, to make the font larger and hopefully allow the image to stay a little longer so that I can focus more and write it in my journal.

Yesterday, July 25th, I made contact again (clairvoyantly). I was shown a different type of starship. Take a look at the ufo identified as A4. This is very similar to what I saw. I was also shown what appeared to be a female et with beige skin, large oval eyes and cat like ears. Do these aliens really exist? I've never heard of this type but I can only share what I saw..She was walking towards me then disappeared. I also saw what appeared to be a normal looking white male with white long hair. He was elderly & didn't look too happy. Yikes! lol. He kind of reminded me of the wizard Merlin pictured  here.

I believe the Et's answered my question as to why they chose to communicate with me. Clairaudiently I heard, "Access Clairvoyance. Create Miracles."

ET First Contact With the Greys

I've always been fascinated with the idea of contacting benign extraterrestrials but wasn't really sure how to go about doing it. And realistically, it also seemed a little frightening. Why are we always afraid of the unknown? Smh...

I've read quite a few books on ET's in general and their purpose for wanting to help humanity. I've also seen documentaries. However, the media likes to portray them as hostile or something to be feared. But just like humans, I'm sure there are good and bad extraterrestrials. That's just common sense. It would be nice if the media and the movies would focus on the positive aspects of these beings, wouldn't it? But unfortunately, that's not what makes money!

Awhile back, I saw the documentary, Sirius Disclosure (I have to admit I fell asleep watching it cuz I found it a little boring) and bought some of Dr. Steven Greer's cd's. One of them includes a meditation on how to contact extraterrestrials. I did have some luck with them showing themselves clairvoyantly in multiple photographic images. They looked very similar to humans in their body type with blue eyes. Their eyes were shaped like a typical grey ET. Their facial features seemed very young or child-like like in Japanese anime.

Clairvoyantly, I've been shown blue-skinned beings that have similar features seen on Aboriginals shown in the pic below. However, that was a shock to my system, lol. I admit, it freaked me out a little... But really, there was nothing to fear. They just looked at me, smiled and kept walking. To reiterate, this was all seen clairvoyantly. I have not seen any Et's in the physical world like I see YOU! But I bet I will. =D

Recently, I've been following Psychic Clairvoyant Diane Canfield on Facebook. She has many gifts including the ability to communicate with extraterrestrials. She has written posts about our star families and how to communicate with them. It seemed simple enough and I was eager enough to give it a try. Lol, I'm brave!

To change the subject for a minute, I have learned how to access the Akashic Records (through studying with Linda Howe & Teri Uktena & currently do readings for myself and others. Once I asked why I was here on this planet at this time. I was told I was a very strong & brave soul. Indeed I am to do the things I do, lol!

As I've learned from researching through books, websites, documentaries, etc... ET's are very advanced entities that communicate telepathically. This is the way we communicate on The Other Side as language is not a barrier and is considered to have been manipulated here on Earth and  limits our ability to communicate with one another. Therefore, if you want to communicate with extraterrestrials, just say so. In other words, "put the call out, people!") in your mind...

With that said, Diane Canfield was clear in stating that you must set boundaries for when & how they can communicate with you. She mentioned that the greys don't seem to understand too well the ways of humans so I'm thinking that if they choose to communicate with me I have to be very firm! Lol. Trust me when I tell you I am very experienced in speaking my mind and being firm with others. Ohhhh yeah...

I have a book written by Angel Lady, Doreen Virtue called, Angels & Ascended Masters-A Guide to Working and Healing with Divinities and Deities. In that book she says we can contact Ashtar  who is a human-looking mediator that works with extraterrestrials and humans helping to create a peaceful Universe. Do I really know he exists? Hellz no, I don't! But I am more open-minded than many people I know, so I will take my chances. Why not? What do I have to lose-- Knowledge & less fear? And I am all about empowering others by sharing my experiences and learning and growing from my mistakes. And don't we need all the help we can get? I'm all for it!

I am NOT ignorant nor stupid enough to believe that life exists only on this one lonely planet. That would be NUTS! God is love.We are all an extension of him/her expressing themselves through us by giving life to us and allowing us to incarnate to figure out who the heck we really are, lol. We are all sons and daughters of God. Parents on Earth are more likely to understand this concept than those that do not have children. Parents know that we are supposed to set an example for our kids, & then let them go to live on their own to learn how to survive & so that they can learn more about themselves and establish their own identity. Through God's love for all his children he has granted us our independence from the heavens (temporarily) so that we can learn! It's not a punishment, although it may feel like it sometimes. I also believe in reincarnation & that we charted our lives before we chose our human bodies & who we planned to interact with and what lessons needed to be learned. I am also starting to believe in Karma in a whole new light... Nothing is set in stone-not even karma... Things that make you go hmmmm...

Why would God begin and end with Earth & us crazy humans? Joking! God is everything and we are all a part of everything here & beyond... Enough with the fear of one another (within the human race). This is all purposely done to separate us & take our power away. We are more powerful than we can imagine! We've been erroneously programmed (brain-washed) to think otherwise. It is all about CONTROL people. I am not the smartest nor the most educated person in the world, but I do consider myself to be wise & just a wee bit curious... Okay, maybe alot... Wake up, people! Remember who you are. =D

Anyway, going back to Ashtar he supposedly helps with aliens, understanding & having peaceful interactions with them among other things. Well, alrighty then...

So, I decided to request his help in order to make peaceful contact. Mind you, I had no idea if this was really going to work. I wasn't really sure I could make contact so easily, lol. Then I put out my call saying (telepathically) that I was only interested in communicating with beings from God's highest level  of consciousness that are aligned with my spiritual path and life purpose & that they have to have humanity's best interest in mind. I also mentioned that I would like to be of service to them as well--but only if it's for the highest good.

I also mentioned that I wished to communicate clairvoyantly with them first. I want to make sure I get comfortable with what I am looking at before I see them in person. I told them they can show themselves through my third eye when I close my eyes and I am very relaxed, either just falling asleep or just waking up. I said it was fine if they showed me their faces while I was meditating too.

While I was listening to an mp3 by Dr. Steven Greer from the Sirius Disclosure movie, I had my eyes closed. I was very relaxed. All of a sudden, I see a grey ET (clairvoyantly) walk over to me and gave me the sweetest hug! I was like, "awe..." That wasn't scary at all. Later in the evening, I was shown one star ship that looked alot like the ufo image labeled D5 in the photo below. Soon after I was shown a fleet of starships, and then a pod of dolphins that seemed to be swimming below the ufos & in the same direction.

Lately, I have been getting visions from dolphins and whales. The whales are asking for my assistance. I'm not sure why. However, I have been listening to some beautiful dolphin and whale meditations http://youtu.be/Y-dmGhxyfpc as well as learning about them as animal totems through this book, Animal Speak-The Spiritual & Magical Powers of Creatures Great & Small. I've also done some online research on dolphins and whales and have learned that they are connected to the planet Sirius! They also have a connection to female Dieties known as Covetina & Sedna which are also mentioned in Doreen Virtue's book & with their help we can access the ancient wisdom from the whales & the dolphins. This is all very strange and new to me. But I am very open minded. I am definitely not gullible just in case I have a few skeptical readers. And by the way, why are skeptical people so angry? What's up with that? They sound like they are defending themselves by attempting to instill fear in braver souls. BIG Chicken Scaredy cats... Just sayin'...

So, going back to the Greys, they did continue to show themselves to me clairvoyantly during the night. Wasn't scary, but got a little annoying. I have to tell them they over did it, lmbo! I also saw one that looked like it had the same features as the greys, but it's body was of a different color (beige). They also showed me a worded message clairvoyantly, but I can't remember what it said. Boo..That sucks.

If you are not clairvoyant, you may not understand how fast and subtle the images and words appear. Spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, Et's are highly evolved and are in a much faster/higher frequency while we are in a slower/denser one. Therefore, it is easy to miss something or misunderstand. Many images are also shown symbolically so it is usually a matter of interpretation too.  I  hope to continue communicating with benevolent ET's and if anything of interest happens, I will share it here.
